MALAYSIAN BUSINESS MAY 2008

All indications are the United States is slipping into a recession. As they say, when the US sneezes, the rest of the world catches a cold.

So how true will this be in the case of Malaysia? Will we be badly affected or will our strong domestic demand and high commodity prices carry us through? We also take a look at how the stock market will perform.

Read also what A Kadir Jasin in his Other Thots column has to say about former Gerakan member Datuk Lee Kah Choon’s appointment as director of Penang Development Corporation. He also comments on how we can uphold the integrity of the judiciary.

We have so many wise, intelligent people up there maneuver the country.

Please do something, no time to plan, some of the rakyat are already in pain and suffering.

Sdr Tajudin,
